The Cannes apartment is situated almost directly above the beachside villa described on the previous page, across Boulevard docteur Raymond Picaud and uphill along Boulevard Beausite which rises steeply towards La Croix des Gardes – the hill which dominates the bay of La Napoule.
From the terrace of this French Riviera apartment, the views of the Mediterranean and the Esterels which dip precipitously into the bay, needless to say, are quite breathtaking. On a clear day one can make out Corsica in the far distance with the unaided eye.

This is a very spacious apartment in the Cote d’Azur. It offers a large living room, a dining area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bath and the second with a separate shower), an enclosed veranda and a wide terrace all around with sweeping views on two sides. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens into a laundry and a pantry.
The apartment is modern. It is furnished accordingly with great eclectic taste as you will notice from the photographs. It is the private home of a person who travels a great deal and has a special interest in contemporary art and painting.

Résidence Parc Beausite is an exclusive, gated community where security for its owners is taken seriously. There is a large swimming pool for use by residents. The grounds are well kept and the area is thought of as being very private. There is no passing traffic.
An ideal place to spend a quiet moment or two and then to wander down to the beach and relax on the sand or take a dip in the waters of the Mediterranean. Cannes town centre is a twenty minute leisurely walk, downhill and along the beachfront. There is a small shopping centre at the bottom of the hill with a great little convenience store which sells delicious croissants for breakfast.
